Post subject: Expectations for applicants and essential information... Posted: Tue Sep 29, 2009 10:10 pm |

While many applications may currently occur in-game, it is important to note that there are a few expectations should you be interested in joining the guild. There aren't many, don't worry.
1. If you have minimal raid experience, or are new to level 80, or even new to a specific class you choose to apply with, it is important for you to research the best spec, cast sequence, and stat priority for your class and chosen role. This may seem complicated but it really only involves looking at the WoW class forums and reading a little bit to find what you need to. 2. Gear is currently not an issue, to the extent that you've taken the time to at least obtain badge loot and some pug gear, since that is readily available and requires minimal effort. 3. A good attitude is important, you can learn a class and learn a spec, but getting angry over gear when it drops like crazy (it used to be semi-understandable in vanilla WoW when loot was much more scarce and BiS meant there were no alternatives) is silly and pointless. Just be happy to raid and I'll do my best to get us raiding. 4. Do your best during the raid, and show up consistantly. It's only a 3 night raid schedule, so it's not too bad to make 3 raids out of the week. If you need to miss one once in a while that's ok.
That's it. Thanks for any interest, and I hope to hear from you if you're looking for a home on Exodar.
If you'd like to post an application here, I'll provide a list of relevent information for you:
